Celtic Football Club is entering into the festive spirit this week with the launch of the club’s Christmas film for 2024!

We’re making Hoops and Dreams come true with a beautiful festive tale, following life-long Celtic supporter, Joe and his granddaughter, Lily as they get ready for their first festive season without Joe’s beloved wife Margaret. They go on to experience a very special Christmas where their dreams become reality, thanks to some of their favourite Celts. This is a film for anyone who has ever wished they could play for Celtic – sometimes, with a little bit of festive magic, even the wildest dreams can come true.

It’s 10 years since Scott Brown pulled on a green and white onesie for the first Celtic Christmas film and we hope the latest edition will bring a smile to the faces of Hoops fans everywhere as the Club and Celtic FC Foundation come together again, along with some very familiar faces to make Christmas magic.

Lifelong Celtic supporter and Scottish TV icon, Tony Roper, makes his sensational return to the screen for the first time in 10 years as he stars as Grandpa Joe, whose uplifting story is bound to tug on the heartstrings of those who relate to him as Christmas approaches.

Once again, the eagerly anticipated film showcases the true spirit of Christmas and our collective continued commitment to Celtic FC Foundation’s Christmas Appeal.
